මාර/ කොකාවල මධ්‍ය මහා විද්‍යාලය යා යුත්තේ කොතැනට දැයි වාර්ෂික සහ පස් අවුරුදු සැලසුම් මගින් සැලසුම් කොට ඇත. ඒ අනුව ප්‍රසිද්ධ විභාගවලින් පහත පරිදි සමත් ප්‍රතිශතක් අපේක්ෂිතය.

·        ක්‍රීඩා පිටිය සංවර්ධනය කිරීම (ඇස්තමේන්තුගත මුදල 4100000.00 කි).

·        පන්ති කාමර සඳහා තෙමහල් ගොඩනැගිල්ලක් ලබා ගැනීම.

·        ශ්‍රවණාගාරයක් ලබාගැනීම.

·        පාසල වටා ආරක්ෂිත වැටක් ඉදිකිරීම.

·        ගොඩනැගිලි අලුත්වැඩියා කොට තීන්ත ආලේප කිරීම.

·        තාක්ෂණවේදය විෂය මාලාව ආරම්භ කිරීම.

·        ගුරු සංවර්ධන සහ අනධ්‍යයන කාර්ය මණ්ඩල සංවර්ධන වැඩසටහන් පැවැත්වීම.

·        දෙමාපිය ආකල්ප සංවර්ධන වැඩසටහන් පැවැත්වීම.

·        විෂය සමගාමී කටයුතු පුළුල් කිරීම.

Mara/Kokawala Madhya Maha Vidyalaya plans where it should go through annual and five-year plans. Accordingly, the following pass percentage is expected from the public examinations.

· Providing internet facilities to every class.

· Getting 10 computers to the Computer Resource Center.

· Development of playground (estimated amount is 4100000.00).

· Acquiring a three storied building for classrooms.

· Availability of an auditorium.

· Constructing a safety fence around the school.

· Renovation and painting of buildings.

· Initiation of Technology Curriculum.

· Conducting teacher development and non-academic staff development programs.

· Conducting parental attitude development programs.

· Expansion of co-curricular activities.

Increasing the number of students.
